5. Committee meeting procedure:

(1) Committee meeting will be held at least once in three months.
(2) The meeting of the committee will be held at the office of the committee on the date and time specified by the chairman.
(3) The member-secretary of the committee shall give notice of the meeting of the committee to the members at least fifteen days before the meeting.
(4) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members of the committee are present, the quorum for the meeting of the committee will be considered.
(5) The meeting of the committee shall be presided over by the chairman and in his absence by a member chosen by the members of the committee from among themselves.
(6) In the meeting of the committee, the opinion of the majority will be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting will give the deciding vote.
(7) The committee may invite any officer or expert to the meeting of the committee.
(8) The decision of the committee will be certified by the member-secretary of the committee.
(9) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
